Job Description

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee the smooth functioning of clients' IT systems by resolving technical issues promptly and maintaining positive relationships with clients. You will work closely with Developers, QA, DevOps, SecOps, and Project Management teams to determine necessary activities for successful service delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the timely and efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong understanding of ITSM practices, including Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, and Continual Service Improvement.
  • Proven leadership skills, with a track record of holding teams to the highest standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • ITIL V4 Foundation Certification is required; ITIL strategist Certification would be a plus.
  • At least 10+ years of experience working in the IT industry.
