Job Title: System Performance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled System Performance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal system performance and regulatory compliance by analyzing operational data, generating timely reports, identifying trends or anomalies, and supporting the maintenance team with insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to integrate SCADA, CMMS, and reporting platforms for efficient operations management.
  • Monitor real-time and historical performance data from O&M systems (SCADA, CMMS, etc.) to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with field technicians to execute preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring timely resolution of service tickets.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance and maintenance reports to track progress and inform decision-making.
  • Identify operational issues, inefficiencies, or performance degradations, and propose recommendations for improvement based on data analysis.
  • Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, faults, and repairs to ensure data quality and consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical proficiency in SCADA, SQL, and integration tools (e.g., PowerShell, APIs) to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills to support collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Problem-solving and adaptability to navigate complex technical issues and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and optimize system performance.
