The Operations and Maintenance Analyst is responsible for overseeing the continuous monitoring of system performance and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities- Design and implement strategies for integrating monitoring systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor real-time and historical data from O&M systems, identifying trends or anomalies that require attention.
- Develop automated reporting tools for performance metrics, service logs, and compliance tracking.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.
- Track service tickets and ensure resolution in a timely manner.
- Generate regular performance reports to inform decision-making.
- Identify operational issues, inefficiencies, or performance degradations, and recommend improvements based on data analysis.
- Technical proficiency in SCADA, SQL, and integration tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SCADA, SQL, and integration tools, with experience in solar O&M, system integration, or IT support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including hosting meetings, presenting, and listening.
