Provincial Project Manager Opportunity

This role offers a challenging opportunity to contribute to the implementation of a Wheat Flour Fortification program in Sindh province. Working closely with government departments, industry representatives, and other stakeholders will require strong project management skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of provincial implementation plans and ongoing annual plans for the Wheat Flour Fortification program.
  • Supervise Zonal Managers to ensure that activities at the provincial and district levels align with the project objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a mill induction and retention process.
  • Provide technical assistance to government departments and industry representatives on food fortification and wheat flour fortification.
  • Ensure active participation in provincial level committees and technical working groups related to food fortification.

Requirements:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, medicine, nutrition, public health, or international development.
  • At least 7 years of experience working with international development organizations, preferably in the field of health and nutrition.
  • Program management experience, preferably in nutrition.
  • Fluency in English and Urdu is required.
