About the Role

As a Sales Associate at Boucle Homes, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to provide exceptional design and furnishing experiences for our clients. You will be the face of our brand, delivering personalized service, building lasting relationships with customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and design goals.
  2. Provide expert advice on Boucle Homes' products, collections, and design services.
  3. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our offerings and upselling where appropriate.
  4. Maintain a deep knowledge of our product lines, materials, and design trends.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
  6. Collaborate with the design team to support clients in creating cohesive and stylish spaces.
  7. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  8. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the showroom's aesthetic standards.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably within the interior design, home furnishings, or luxury goods industry.

Education: A degree or certification in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

  1. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  2. Strong understanding of interior design principles, home decor trends, and product knowledge.
