About the RoleAs a Sales Associate at Boucle Homes, you will play a pivotal role in driving our mission to provide exceptional design and furnishing experiences for our clients. You will be the face of our brand, delivering personalized service, building lasting relationships with customers, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and design goals.
- Provide expert advice on Boucle Homes' products, collections, and design services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our offerings and upselling where appropriate.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our product lines, materials, and design trends.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Collaborate with the design team to support clients in creating cohesive and stylish spaces.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining the showroom's aesthetic standards.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in interior design, home furnishings, or luxury goods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- A passion for interior design, home decor, and staying updated on industry trends.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably within the interior design, home furnishings, or luxury goods industry.
Education: A degree or certification in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Essential Skills:- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, home decor trends, and product knowledge.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM tools).
- Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in a luxury retail or high-end design environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable and artisanal design practices.
- Fluency in English.
