Implementation Specialist Role

We are seeking an Implementation Specialist to play a key role in supporting the deployment of our SaaS solutions for new clients. As a crucial member of our team, you will work closely with senior implementation team members and project managers to assist in configuring our platform to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and Deploy SaaS Solutions: Assist in configuring our platform to meet client requirements, ensuring seamless integration and successful adoption.
  • Document Requirements and Processes: Clearly and accurately document requirements, processes, and testing outcomes to ensure transparency and efficiency.
  • Migrate Historical Data: Migrate historical data into our systems using data migration methodologies and tools, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Prepare test cases, track defects, and validate fixes to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Provide Training and Guidance: Offer basic training and guidance to end users during and after implementation, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing support.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Related Field: Possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Technical Experience: Have up to two years of work experience in a technical, SaaS, or client-facing environment, with a strong understanding of software implementation life cycles and data analytics.
  • Analytical and Troubleshooting Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
