We are seeking an experienced Virtual Human Resources Manager to develop a top-class employment experience.

The ideal candidate will be innovative, technology-savvy, and able to work in multiple time zones as needed.

  • Process bulk charges for all centres: checking families and records, inquiring about current charges and schedule changes.
  • Update records with correct schedules, ensuring the first month deposit is recorded and the void cheque is received during orientation.
  • Verify subsidies: checking records, notifying parents of expiring subsidies.
  • Send third-party invoices mid-month to ensure payment before bulk charges.
  • Notify parents of expiring promotions at the end of the month.
  • Check outstanding balances for every site, emailing/calling parents about payment status.
  • Review unpaid invoices, send reminders to parents, and update applications with payments made.
  • Review and update 'tuition tracking' spreadsheets for each site.
  • Be the contact for all sites for inquiries.
  • Claim adjustments for past claims made to the government.
  • Follow up on outstanding balances from previous years.
Job Requirements
  • Remote office capabilities: secured internet connection, working computer, telephony, and virtual call applications.
  • 5+ years finance management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Educational management experience would be beneficial.
  • Adept at problem-solving.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret information, present numerical data, and gather and analyze information.
  • Prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
  • Organized, accurate, thorough, and quality-focused.
