We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join our team and work across the stack, from frontend experiences to backend systems, AI/ML integrations, and scalable infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Core SaaS Development: Build scalable and high-performance applications using Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS/ShadCN/Radix UI, ensuring seamless user experience and rapid deployment.
  2. Backend & Databases: Design data models, working with Supabase, PostgreSQL, Prisma ORM, implementing row-level security (RLS) and integrating pgvector for AI-powered search, utilizing Redis for caching and sessions.
  3. Authentication & Multi-Tenancy: Develop secure auth systems with OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, SSO/SAML, supporting multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
  4. AI/ML Integrations: Leverage OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace for intelligent recruiting workflows, working with RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, NLP (spaCy/NLTK) for parsing and recommendations.
  5. Infrastructure & DevOps: Deploy using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, Vercel/Netlify, automate with CI/CD pipelines, monitor using Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana, implementing SaaS essentials like payments and analytics (Stripe, feature flagging, PostHog/Segment/Amplitude).
  6. Security & Compliance: Develop with GDPR, SOC2 in mind, ensuring data encryption and secure storage.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of full-stack development experience in SaaS.
  2. Strong proficiency with Next.js, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript.
  3. Experience designing APIs and integrating databases at scale.
  4. Understanding of multi-tenancy, authentication, and security best practices.
  5. Exposure to AI/ML APIs or a strong interest in building AI-first applications.
  6. Startup mindset: ownership, problem-solving, and willingness to learn fast.
