Job Title: Visionary Sales Director

About the Role

Huawei is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive business expansion and manage high-impact projects within the public sector and government domains.

The ideal candidate will develop long-term strategic relationships with CXOs, directors, and senior government stakeholders, identifying key challenges and proposing tailored ICT solutions. They will lead customer strategic insights, formulate client relationship plans, and ensure end-to-end delivery success.

This role requires a strong understanding of government procurement processes, bidding models, and public-sector sales frameworks, as well as expertise in complex solution selling, negotiation, and project delivery management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute client relationship plans to establish Huawei as a trusted technology partner.
  • Lead customer strategic insights, identify key challenges, propose tailored ICT solutions, and create mutual value-based engagements.
  • Serve as Project Director for high-value pan-government projects, ensuring end-to-end delivery success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Public Administration, or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, public sector business development, or government client management.
  • 3+ years of direct experience managing pan-government or large-scale ICT projects.
  • Strong knowledge of government procurement processes, bidding models, and public-sector sales frameworks.
  • Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with CXO-level government officials.
  • Expertise in complex solution selling, negotiation, and project delivery management.
