Main Responsibilities
  • Develop academic frameworks that translate cutting-edge learning science into actionable curricula, motivational systems, and app designs.
  • Oversee academic performance reviews to ensure alignment, accountability, and positive outcomes in school teams.
  • Analyze data, conduct interviews, and observe to create comprehensive academic ecosystem reviews and propose interventions.
  • Ensure strategic alignment through meticulous planning, feedback mechanisms, and milestone tracking.
  • Represent 2 Hour Learning globally, advocating for systemic change in education perspectives.
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience leading academic or EdTech teams with exceptional learning outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI or technology to enhance learning processes.
  • Established record of public thought leadership.
  • Strong skills in performance management and data analysis.
