About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workflow Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining workflows to improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project schedules, ensuring timely task completion.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders.
- Monitor project progress and address any workflow disruptions.
- Assist in resource planning and allocation to meet project demands.
- Facilitate communication between field teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in workflow or operations coordination within the construction industry.
- Fluent in English communication both written and oral.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, or Asana/Trello.
Preferred Skills:
- Project management software and tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing project needs.
