We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Specialist with expertise in East Coast dropshipping and 3PL operations to join our logistics team.

This role plays a pivotal part in managing our e-commerce platforms, optimizing logistics processes, and enhancing customer experiences through seamless delivery and timely order fulfillment.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end dropshipping and 3PL operations for inventory accuracy, efficient shipping, and reduced transit times.
  2. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, minimize costs, and improve delivery speed.
  3. Monitor and analyze KPIs related to order fulfillment, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction to inform process improvements.
  4. Implement strategies to enhance warehouse efficiency, such as layout optimization, automation technologies, and streamlined workflows.
  5. Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in dropshipping, 3PL, and e-commerce logistics to maintain competitiveness.
  7. Provide accurate reporting on inventory levels, sales performance, and logistics metrics to stakeholders.
  8. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any shipping-related issues or concerns.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the supply chain.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce operations, dropshipping, and third-party logistics, preferably within the East Coast region.
  3. Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
  4. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
  5. Excellent analytical skills with data interpretation and decision-making abilities.
  6. Effective communication and negotiation skills for supplier and partner relationships.
  7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in work.
  8. Experience with WMS and OMS is beneficial. Familiarity with shipping carriers, freight forwarding, and customs regulations is desirable.
