  • Coordinate property viewings, communicating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with preparing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as required.
  • Conduct research and gather market data to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the estate agency industry is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
