As a Hybrid Sales and Customer Success Specialist, you will play a key role in driving business growth and fostering client relationships through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Train and develop sales teams to improve performance and efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong sales and sales management capabilities
  • Experience in training and developing sales teams
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Knowledge of the industrial and heavy equipment industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Work Environment
