Sales Professional

This position requires an individual who can initiate deals through regular searching of potential clients, conduct cold calling, collect references from various sources, and revive old customers.

A sales professional will be responsible for introducing NEDO products to potential clients, discussing and evaluating their needs for these products, and submitting relevant brochures and quotations for suitable solutions.

They will also perform detailed demonstrations of suggested solutions to clients if required, pursue valid purchase orders from them, and ensure that goods are delivered to clients in a timely manner.

In addition, a sales professional will need to follow up with the technical department to ensure timely installation, follow up with clients for payment recovery within agreed timelines, and maintain files for each client.

Key responsibilities include working in accordance with company policies on all issues, providing sales forecasts for the territory based on potential orders, monitoring competitor activities, and reporting regularly.

A sales professional will also be expected to work towards improving products and the company's image in the industry, participate in exhibitions and other promotional events, build good PR, and maintain positive customer relations.

Ultimately, they will submit daily activity reports to the Director, submit monthly sales reports to the Director, and provide a regular list of active clients to the Director.
