**Accounting and Financial Management Position**

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage financial activities for multiple clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • This role involves managing the end-to-end bookkeeping process for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • The selected individual will oversee client invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections, as well as manage vendor relationships and process accounts payable.
  • Regular bank, credit card, and other account reconciliations will be conducted to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Payroll processing for clients will be administered, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accurate recording of employee compensation.
  • Financial statements will be prepared and analyzed, providing insights and recommendations to clients for informed decision-making.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients on financial matters, addressing inquiries and providing financial guidance.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping and managing financial activities for multiple clients is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is necessary.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and tax regulations is preferred.
