Job Responsibilities

The Director Research will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing a research and documentation strategy and implementing it across ITA teams.
  2. Managing research projects, including design, implementation, analysis, and development.
  3. Spearheading long-term research objectives, providing consultation, and supporting key evaluation components.
  4. Disseminating research findings through publications, articles, and presentations.
  5. Investigating grant opportunities and writing proposals to secure funding.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong background in research, education, or development.
  • Demonstrated writing ability and a track record of securing grants.
  • Experience in teaching at a university level and supervising students.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle timelines and priorities in a team environment.
