Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • A strong understanding of quality management principles and practices is also required.
About the Role

This role involves ensuring that data is accurate and complete, conducting regular audits, and developing quality assurance plans.

You will be responsible for participating in application planning meetings, performing reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections, and preparing quality documentation and reports.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Participating in application planning meetings.
  • Ensuring data integrity standards.
  • Performing reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections.
  • Developing quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
  • Preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.
  • Validating quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
  • Writing/reviewing requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting is a plus.
