The primary point of contact for patients and visitors is required to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and efficient front-desk operations at our dental hospital.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Visitors are to be greeted and welcomed upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage scheduling appointments and meetings with utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized and inviting reception area that reflects the image of the hospital.
- Provide information on services and facilities available within the university setting.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail correspondence with attention to detail and discretion.
- Perform administrative tasks to support office functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Education: A bachelors degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years in a similar role or related field is necessary.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are required to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
