Sales and Operations Manager Role
About the JobAs a Digital Energy Sales and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving performance management across Digital Energy sales teams. You will lead the implementation and execution of country and functional market strategies, monitoring performance against goals.
This role requires adaptability in go-to-market industry and Digital Energy strategy, as well as developing and growing key relationships with customers. You will manage team skills evolution to match business needs and secure quality in customer service execution.
Key Responsibilities- Reports to Country Leader SP and DE, managing Digital Energy sales/presales, operations within defined parameters.
- Drives Performance Management across Digital Energy sales teams.
- Responsible for implementing/execution of country and functional market strategies, monitoring performance against goals.
- Adapts go-to-market Industry and Digital Energy strategy, responsible for 3-year business plan, including Strategic Workforce planning.
- Develops and grows key SE Relationships with Customers.
- Manages team skills evolution to match business needs and secure quality in customer service execution.
You will develop talents to build a high-performing team, with clear goals and associated KPIs for each direct report.
This role serves as an entry point in the country for Cluster Digital Energy, requiring regular reporting of business & operation results to customers and channels.
You will collaborate between different functions in Home & Distribution BU, and also with other BU functions locally and Cluster DE.
Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
