Job Title: Center Head

This is a senior leadership role that requires a highly experienced professional to manage a center and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in staff management, customer retention, and business development.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of staff to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Developing and implementing strategies to retain current customers and acquire new ones
  • Managing a budget to ensure operational efficiency and improve profitability
  • Maintaining a high level of discipline and integrity within the team
  • Reviewing daily collection reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Recruiting new staff members in coordination with the HR department
  • Sending salary sheets to staff members on a monthly basis based on attendance records

Key qualifications include:

  • MBA (Marketing) degree with 5+ years of experience in senior leadership or business development
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
  • Managerial, business development, and administrative skills
  • A gentleman personality, sharp decision-making skills, and excellent leadership qualities

Location: Information Technology and Services - Karachi, Pakistan.
