Job Description

This is a challenging role that requires strategic leadership in planning, material budget control, and resource management. The successful candidate will oversee critical domains, including ensuring optimal material utilization, budget adherence, and efficient resource allocation.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Resource Allocation Strategies: Work closely with the teams to optimize the allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment, contributing to enhanced project execution.
  2. Provide Strategic Oversight in Planning: Ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives, developing a cohesive and goal-oriented planning approach.
  3. Maintain Robust Monitoring Mechanisms: Track the performance of planning initiatives, making data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency, leading to continuous improvement in planning processes.
  4. Collaborate with Chief Engineers: Forecast resource requirements, ensuring timely procurement and allocation for upcoming projects, facilitating proactive resource planning.
  5. Ensure Seamless Information Flow: Maintain open lines of communication and coordination between planning and execution teams, promoting effective collaboration and project coordination.


Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in engineering and at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. PEC registration is mandatory. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are also essential.
