Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and Depute Staff: Effectively manage and direct staff to ensure optimal warehouse performance.
  • Material Issuance: Ensure all materials are issued using FIFO / LIFO methods, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Departmental Review: Regularly review departmental activities and goods stacking procedures for improvement opportunities.
  • Commercial Stock Maintenance: Properly maintain records of commercial stock and marketing samples, guaranteeing accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • QC Approved Goods Separation: Ensure the proper separation and management of QC approved and released goods, maintaining quality control standards.
  • Sales Dispatch Coordination: Coordinate with sales distribution teams to dispatch stock according to sales orders in a timely manner.
  • Q.A Department Coordination: Collaborate with the Q.A department to ensure the approval, holding, and rejection of goods adhere to company policies.
  • Loading and Transport Supervision: Oversee loading, dispatch, and transport arrangements of stock to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Maintain accurate documentation related to warehouse functions, including GRN, Goods Returned, quarantine stock, and expired goods.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP B-1, MS Excel, and MS Word is required.
