At Orbiz Solutions, we are seeking a Sales Executive to propel revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building meaningful relationships, and closing deals. This role demands exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to engage potential clients and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that drive business value.
Oversee the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster business success.
Achieve or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and strategic planning.
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide regular sales reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements:We seek an individual with the following skills and qualifications:
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, to align with international business requirements.
Proven sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills to secure deals and build client trust.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools is highly valued.
