Order Booker Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Order Booker to join our team. As an Order Booker, you will be responsible for efficiently managing and booking orders for our 6 liters PET Mineral Water Bottles from potential new clients, and promoting our product in the local market.

Your primary goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met consistently. You will also be responsible for staying abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to strategize effective sales approaches.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive order booking and upselling strategies. Additionally, you will be responsible for timely collection of payments from clients in accordance with company policies and providing regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activities to the management team.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 03 years of experience as an Order Booker in the FMCG industry, preferably in the bottled water sector.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Familiarity with the local market and existing networks.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
