Job Overview
  • Manage and harmonize quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits at stores and areas as per scope and perform supplier visits for audits and improvements.
  • Manage withdrawal and recall activities in case of serious food safety, legality, or quality incidents.
  • Implement quality monitoring programs, including sampling and testing of purchased products.
  • Perform random checks on incoming, stored, or displayed products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with local authorities for information, support, and documentation.
  • Participate in internal quality inspections and suggest corrective actions or improvements.
  • Engage in self-development through training courses to enhance knowledge and skills.
Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology.
