Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordination and communication with government regulatory authorities for routine administrative matters
- Write emails, memos, and letters to internal or external stakeholders
- Organize and distribute messages/instructions within the department to team members
- Maintain a record of requests from all stakeholders for timely execution of tasks
- Maintain a record of documentary requirements pending with follow-up and timely execution
- Maintain a record of tasks assigned to team members for timely execution
- Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls, and take minutes during vendor meetings
- Review the daily monitoring sheet of the department and prepare/report its summary on a daily basis
- Prepare presentations for departmental reporting
- Update contact information of suppliers and potential partners
- Make travel arrangements for management as needed
- Perform other tasks assigned to assist with daily activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field
- 2-3 years of preferred office-related experience
