Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and distribute messages/instructions within the department to team members
  • Maintain a record of requests from all stakeholders for timely execution of tasks
  • Maintain a record of documentary requirements pending with follow-up and timely execution
  • Maintain a record of tasks assigned to team members for timely execution
  • Book meeting rooms, set up conference calls, and take minutes during vendor meetings
  • Review the daily monitoring sheet of the department and prepare/report its summary on a daily basis
  • Prepare presentations for departmental reporting
  • Update contact information of suppliers and potential partners
  • Make travel arrangements for management as needed
  • Perform other tasks assigned to assist with daily activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field
  • 2-3 years of preferred office-related experience
