Team Lead

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing the daily activities of telesales representatives. You will act as an information source and answer operator or agent questions, assign tasks, follow up, and provide instructions as needed. Additionally, you will carry out performance measurement, monitoring, and evaluation of all agents and operators to improve efficiency.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who can develop an overall plan and provide direction for the telemarketing division to increase package sales. The ideal candidate will review and provide input on all new scripts, rebuttals, and sales presentations.

In this role, you will also train, supervise, schedule, and assist in evaluating staff. You will carry out supervision, call monitoring, coaching, training, disciplining, and reviewing all agents or operators. Ensuring that the team members acquire the appropriate support and training to apply the best skills and knowledge on the job.

You will be responsible for compiling and maintaining calling lists and ensuring that the operators can use all lists for calling. Furthermore, you will practice and ensure compliance with all of the organization's policies and procedures.

Job Specification

This position requires strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage one's own time and the time of others. You must be able to monitor and assess the performance of individuals or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, including the ability to understand others' reactions and select and use training/instructional methods and procedures.

You will use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Additionally, you will have knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
