Senior Finance Executive - Lead Financial Operations

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations. This role involves ensuring compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local accounting standards, developing internal controls to minimize risk, and preparing financial statements and reports for international entities.

  • Oversight of Accounts Payable and related processes is crucial to ensure timely payments and minimize outstanding balances.
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in NetSuite, including financial reporting, dashboards, and system optimization.

This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will have experience managing financial operations across multiple jurisdictions, with a deep understanding of accounting principles and multinational compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
  • Develop and implement internal controls to minimize risk.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports for international entities.
  • Oversight of Accounts Payable and related processes.
  • Management of the procure-to-pay cycle.
  • Support daily treasury functions.
  • Maintain monthly schedules for fixed assets (including depreciation), expenses, and other key financial metrics.
  • Analyze financial models to support strategic decisions and evaluate financial performance.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments and regions.
  • Utilize NetSuite for financial reporting, reconciliations, and process automation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • CA or ACCA (completed or finalist).
  • Strong expertise in NetSuite (mandatory) – including financial reporting, dashboards, and system optimization.
  • Proven experience managing financial operations across multiple jurisdictions.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles and multinational compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
  • Significant article-ship experience with a reputable CA consulting firm.
