Job Title: Travel Consultant (B2C)

As a Travel Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, delivering exceptional customer service and crafting seamless travel experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to travel inquiries and handling reservations with professionalism and efficiency
  • Building and managing traveler profiles to ensure customized service delivery
  • Conducting in-depth travel research to secure the best possible deals
  • Processing e-tickets, itineraries, and other travel documentation
  • Advising clients on flight options, hotel bookings, car rentals, transfers, rail travel, visa processes, passport requirements, and vaccinations
  • Managing booking changes including refunds, amendments, and cancellations
  • Supporting and mentoring new team members as they come on board

We are seeking a driven and experienced travel professional who is passionate about customer care and travel planning. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1.5 to 2 years of hands-on experience in leisure or business travel consulting
  • Strong sales acumen with the ability to upsell and close deals effectively
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo)
  • A confident and courteous telephone manner with sharp verbal reasoning skills
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Flexibility to work UK working hours and attend occasional out-of-hours training sessions
