Job Title: Strategic Sales Leader

Mamango is seeking an experienced sales professional to lead their sales team in driving profitable results through strategic programs and supporting tactics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee marketing, advertising, and sales staff and activities
  • Develop and motivate the sales team through counseling, skills development, and product knowledge
  • Manage sales administration functions, operational performance reporting, and process improvement
  • Develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and meeting agreed targets
  • Monitor sales representative activities and ensure adherence to guidelines
  • Establish a system of reports and communications for sales performance monitoring
  • Implement a specific appraisal system that describes responsibilities and performance

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading by example, personally observing and evaluating sales representatives' calls and performance on a regular basis. They will also work closely with HR and Management to coordinate the appraisal system.

Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to understand customer concerns and work effectively with them
  • Familiarity with call center operations and good team player skills
  • Capable of working independently and making decisions
  • Good time management and organizational skills
