Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products by identifying, analyzing, and resolving defects. Key responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, conducting functional testing, and collaborating with developers to fix identified issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning and Execution
    • Develop detailed test plans and cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of software functionality
    • Execute tests to identify defects and report results to development teams
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and quality assurance
    • Effectively communicate test results, defects, and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Defect Management
    • Identify, analyze, and resolve defects through collaboration with development teams
    • Document and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Process Improvement
    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance overall quality and efficiency
    • Participate in continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
    • Familiarity with test-driven development and technical writing
