  5. Design and implement efficient eRTM strategies to optimize DSR routes.
  6. Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the territory.
  7. Analyse financial data to enhance business profitability/gross margin performance.
  8. Lead and develop a diverse team of professionals.
  9. Ensure business Key Performance Indicators are consistently met.
  10. Apply strong analytical skills to re-evaluate processes after execution.
