Territory Sales Position
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing distributors and trade for designated territories, driving effective distribution operations and achieving sales, Key Performance Indicators. This role offers opportunities for career growth and development in the sales industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by attaining Underlying Volume/Sales targets.
- Boost competitive visibility in stores through targeted strategies.
- Collaborate with distributors/customers to optimize operational plans/executions.
- Negotiate joint business planning agreements with customers.
- Design and implement efficient eRTM strategies to optimize DSR routes.
- Contribute to digital transformation initiatives within the territory.
- Analyse financial data to enhance business profitability/gross margin performance.
- Lead and develop a diverse team of professionals.
- Ensure business Key Performance Indicators are consistently met.
- Apply strong analytical skills to re-evaluate processes after execution.
