Structural Designers play a crucial role in delivering excellence in engineering and construction projects. We are seeking an experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing and developing innovative, safe, and sustainable structures.

Job Overview:

This senior-level position requires collaboration with architects, project managers, and construction teams to ensure compliance with international standards and codes. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of structural design software, such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, and SAP2000.

  • Design and analyze complex structural systems, ensuring compliance with relevant building codes and regulations.
  • Develop detailed engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical reports, utilizing AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-effective solutions, optimize material usage, and improve construction processes.
  • Conduct on-site inspections to verify structural integrity and address any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design practices, materials, and technologies to provide expert guidance to junior engineers and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:

  • 10+ years of experience in structural design, preferably in a mid-to-senior level position.
  • Proven expertise in structural design software, including ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, SAP2000, and Autodesk products.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
