Senior Coordinator Job Description

In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in driving research and evaluation initiatives to enhance the quality of sexual and reproductive health services.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Lead planning and implementation of ongoing studies, overseeing fieldwork, quality assurance, and timelines.
  • Conduct advanced qualitative and quantitative data analysis, synthesizing findings for strategic learning and donor engagement.
  • Develop and refine data collection tools for needs assessments, evaluations, and monitoring studies, coordinating with program teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum requirement)
  • Minimum two years' experience in monitoring and evaluation or academic research projects on health, rights, gender, and sexuality issues.
  • Understanding of monitoring and evaluation systems and data collection in public health.
  • Experience in report writing.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of research theories and methods, with creativity in application.
  • Familiarity with designing research studies and developing data collection tools.
  • Strong data management and analytical background for both quantitative and qualitative data.
