Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team and contribute to building a better working world.

The role involves working on multiple client engagements, supporting project delivery and engagement economics, providing support, developing relationships, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress across a range of industries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working on multiple client engagements to support project delivery and engagement economics;
  • Providing support to senior team members and developing relationships with key stakeholders;
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams;
  • Updating senior team members on progress and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams;

As a Senior Consultant, you will analyze regulatory changes, trends, assess organizational strengths and weaknesses, and create solutions to complex business challenges.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, presentation and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.

Skills and qualifications for success include:

Requirements for this role include:

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in sustainability-related practices;
  • Graduate degree in a relevant discipline such as chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering or environmental science;
  • Good understanding of the issues and opportunities surrounding sustainability and its impact on an ever-changing business environment;
  • Strong technical, quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills;
  • Possess strong client relationship and management skills;
