The Aga Khan University Hospital provides access to quality healthcare services through its Outreach Services, which include Clinical Laboratories, Medical Centres, and Home Health services.

Our team is dedicated to providing primary to secondary healthcare services to patients near their homes and in several cities across Pakistan. Our Medical Centres offer a range of specialty clinics including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Cardiopulmonary, Orthopedics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, and Physiotherapy, catering to children, adults, and elderly patients for general health checks or specific disease consultations.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible to:

  • Provide administrative support, handling phone calls and scheduling appointments
  • Handle cash transactions and charge services to patient bills
  • Facilitate patients, relatives, and visitors as required
  • Communicate patient-related problems to your supervisor
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree with two to three years of experience working at the front office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
  • The ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
  • Basic computer knowledge and its application
  • A willingness to work in shift duties
