Senior Security and Administrative Professional

Our company is seeking an experienced security and administrative professional to join our team as a key member. As a Security & Admin Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall security of our facilities and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

• Security Surveillance: Regularly monitor CCTV footage to identify potential security risks and work with management to develop strategies to mitigate these threats.
• Technology Upgrade: Provide direction on the implementation of new security technologies, including access control systems, alarm systems, and video surveillance systems.
• Trainings: Develop and implement a comprehensive training program to ensure that all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a secure environment.
• Corporate Security: Evaluate current security measures and identify areas for improvement to ensure the highest level of security for employees, visitors, and assets at the plant.
• Engagement: Collaborate with the Plant Management team to develop and implement action plans to improve security and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven administrative and security experience at a manufacturing facility.

• Results-driven individual with strong project management, presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and across multiple functions.
• Ex-Army/Armed Forces personnel with post-retirement relevant manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
