We are seeking an experienced and skilled Security & Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing security operations, developing and implementing risk management programs, and providing exceptional customer service."> ">

Key Responsibilities:

">
- Manage, develop, implement, and evaluate company-wide security and risk management programs.
- Ensure the security of facility, employees, visitors, and assets for the plant in coordination with Manager Admin & Security.
- Regular liaison with civic, law-enforcing agencies, internal & external stakeholders.
- Identify security risks and analyze data received from both external and internal sources and advise management on risk mitigation plans.
- Maintain all security-related equipment installed in assigned locations.
- Oversee and provide direction for major security-related projects and physical security technologies including but not limited to various keys access systems, alarm systems, video surveillance systems (CCTV) and various other security-related systems.
- Develop and implement a security training policy and ensure appropriate steps are taken to ensure security compliance.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to preempt security concerns and take appropriate measures to effectively manage crisis situations.
- Provide leadership on various security and public relations committees acting in an advisory capacity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven Admin & Security experience at a manufacturing facility is mandatory.
- Results-driven individual to set, prioritize, and enable achievement of goals.
- Strong project management, presentation, communication, and coaching skills are essential.
