Sales and Lead Generation Manager

As a Sales and Lead Generation Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing process-driven workflows to optimize sales and telemarketing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervising sales teams in persuading customers to buy products and services
- Interfacing with marketing departments to ensure alignment
- Using data-driven analysis to optimize sales performance
- Maintaining accurate customer contact data in the database
- Qualifying leads and setting up appointments for sales forces
Leading and developing high-performing sales or telesales teams, setting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales, and quality. Collaborating with marketing teams to identify and prioritize campaigns, analyzing performance statistics to inform decision-making.

- Ability to train others in sales function
- Strong sales planning and leadership skills
