Key Responsibilities- Developing brand strategies, including the creation of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for both short-term and long-term goals.
- Planning and executing all communications and media actions across various channels, including online and social media platforms.
- Maintaining market research to stay informed about customer trends and preferences, as well as anticipating future trends.
- Crafting strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast, and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customer expectations and build credibility for the brand.
- Evaluating the success of marketing campaigns and generating reports.
- Overseeing advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
- Collaborating with clients and working closely with colleagues from multiple departments, such as marketing assistants, marketing managers, and chief marketing officers.
- Managing teams of junior assistants and coordinating events like product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills, as well as effective management and goal-oriented abilities. They should also be flexible, creative under pressure, and knowledgeable about current marketing trends and multimedia platforms.
