Job Title: Data Insights Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Data Insights Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven decision making.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and presenting detailed reports on resource usage, administrative costs, and asset management. You will analyze trends in expenditures and resource consumption, preparing reports that highlight areas for improvement and potential cost-saving initiatives.

You will collaborate with management to develop customized reports and dashboards, ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently tracked and addressed.

Main Responsibilities:Reporting & Insight Generation:
  • Develop detailed reports on resource utilization, administrative expenses, and asset management.
  • Analyze trends in expenditures and resource consumption, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare reports highlighting opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization.
Cost Management & Analysis:
  • Analyze daily operational expenses, identifying opportunities for cost reduction.
  • Track consumption patterns of office supplies and resources, offering recommendations for reduction and optimization.
  • Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
Strategic Decision-Making Support:
  • Support management in making informed decisions with accurate, timely reports on budget adherence, resource utilization, and cost efficiencies.
  • Offer recommendations based on data analysis to enhance resource allocation, streamline processes, and identify areas for cost reduction.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role with a focus on cost management.
  • Proven experience in generating detailed reports, analyzing trends, and making actionable recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for advanced data manipulation, analysis, and report generation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams to support decision-making with data insights.
