Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver academic supplies to new and upcoming classes, maintaining accurate receiving records.
  • Compile teacher evaluation forms, centralized examination data, preliminary examination records, and library files. Send these documents to the Head Office as required.
  • Maintain departmental records with meticulous care.
  • Process Board results with accuracy.
  • Prepare a monthly visit schedule for the E-Team and arrange logistics accordingly.
  • Maintain school information files related to educational affairs.
  • Distribute academic policies and information/letters to all schools.
  • Ensure timely up gradation of Education Department resources.
  • Communicate daily routine workings to schools.
  • Follow up with respective education boards for school-related information.
  • Cover all outdoor activities and supply academic materials related to co-curricular activities.
  • Prepare financial demands for educational materials, trainings, and other educational affairs.
