Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to oversee and manage the organization's administrative functions. This role requires a strong understanding of administrative procedures and the ability to effectively manage and coordinate with the administrative team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including support, facilities management, and procurement.
  2. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Lead and coordinate the administrative team to ensure smooth operations and provide direction as needed.
  4. Maintain and secure all office facilities, equipment, and supplies.
  5. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for cost-effectiveness and quality services.
  6. Develop and maintain budgets for administrative functions, monitoring and reporting on expenses.
  7. Implement systems for tracking and managing administrative activities, such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and document management.
  8. Support senior management and staff as needed, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing reports and presentations.
  9. Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative management or a related field is required.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.

Effective communication skills, both verbally and written, to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
