Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore for an IT Support Officer at NeXskill - Be Productive. The IT Support Officer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining desktop computers, and supporting printers. The officer will work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth operations and address any technical incidents promptly.

Qualifications

  • Technical support and troubleshooting skills
  • Information Technology experience and desktop computer maintenance skills
  • Knowledge in printer support and maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
