Technical Interview Content Specialist

We are a leading provider of technical interviewing solutions, aiming to revolutionize the way organizations assess engineering talent worldwide. Our mission is to empower technical leaders with a powerful system for hiring top engineers, elevating their teams and contractors, and staying ahead in the industry.

The Technical Content team at our organization plays a crucial role in creating high-quality technical interview questions used to assess engineering talent globally. We work in various technical domains, producing new interview questions on a weekly basis.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality technical interview questions for modern AI-enabled engineering workflows across data science, software engineering, and other roles.
  • Maintain our content standards through peer reviews, mentorship, and feedback integration.
  • Collaborate with our Content Designers to develop new content formats leveraging generative AI during interviews.
  • Create new technical interview questions in various subject domains, incorporating modern technology including generative AI.
  • Mentor junior Content Development Engineers through peer reviews of content developments, ensuring consistency in content quality.
  • Integrate feedback and iterate on content based on performance data and feedback from our Content Corrections team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of post-academic experience as a software engineer with demonstrated programming skills in a common programming language.
  • Professional working experience using Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or another agentic AI solution for software development.
  • Experience working remotely with global teams.
  • Fluent, concise English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with high-output and strict deadlines.
