About the Role:

You will be building systems for AI R&D teams to deliver secure, scalable, distributed services. You will use technologies like Kubeflow, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and Python to create inference systems, infrastructure, and training pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the direction for the team and prioritize initiatives.
  • Provide a foundation of reusable software components and infrastructure for teams to build features at scale.
  • Become a subject matter expert and create deployment pipelines from code to production.
  • Build infrastructure for automated testing and validation.
  • Improve system performance and reliability.
  • Coach junior engineers and advocate for best engineering practices.
Requirements:
  • Experience in building ML Ops infrastructure, scalable services, and monitoring best practices.
  • At least three years software development experience, preferably with Python or similar language.
  • Working knowledge of AWS services and technologies, as well as Kubeflow pipeline development.
  • Exposure to infrastructure as code and configuration management is a plus.
