**Job Title:** Core Engineering LeaderThis is a leadership role that focuses on building and implementing scalable, secure, and reliable fintech platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, defining platform requirements, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a fully secure fintech platform from scratch, including front-end and back-end systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform features and ensure they meet business and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and extend the platform's core architecture, including UI in ReactJS PWA and backend in NestJS.
  • Ensure the platform meets industry standards for security, including data encryption, authentication, and authorization controls.
  • Implement testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of the platform.
  • Guide junior engineers and developers on the team.
  • Evaluate and maintain infrastructure, such as databases, servers, and storage systems.
  • Oversee project management decisions and work with development teams to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in developing large-scale and complex systems.
  • Strong expertise in front-end technologies like Nextjs, ReactJS PWA, and back-end technologies like NestJS, Node.js, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Experience in developing secure platforms with strong authentication and authorization controls.
  • Excellent understanding of software development best practices, including Agile methodologies, code reviews, and version control.
  • Leadership skills and ability to mentor teams of engineers and developers.
  • Knowledge and experience of ISO certifications and PCI / PA DSS compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
