Advertisement Manager
who's both creative and data-savvy to lead paid advertising efforts across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Local Services Ads (LSAs).

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute ROI-focused ad strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and LSAs.
  • Conduct audience research and keyword analysis to drive strategic bidding and targeting.
  • Align campaigns with client business goals for consistent multi-platform messaging.

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rates, etc. on a daily basis.
  • Continuously refine bids, budgets, keywords, and creatives for peak performance.
  • Design and run A/B tests on ad copy, audience segmentation, and landing pages.

Ad Creation & Asset Management

  • Write compelling ad copy and oversee creative development across platforms.
  • Collaborate with design teams to create engaging, high-performing ad visuals.
  • Ensure all assets meet platform standards and reflect client branding.

Lead Quality & Funnel Optimization

  • Evaluate lead quality with a focus on Local Services Ads (Google).
  • Adjust targeting and messaging to reduce low-quality leads and improve CPL and ROAS.
  • Optimize campaign funnels to drive qualified conversions.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Deliver clear, insightful weekly/monthly performance reports to clients.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta Ads Library, and Google Ads Transparency Center for data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to scale campaigns.

Client Communication & Account Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for advertising clients.
  • Provide proactive performance updates, strategic insights, and growth plans.
  • Educate clients on platform changes, best practices, and advertising trends.

Platform Maintenance & Compliance

  • Stay updated with ad platform policies, algorithm changes, and feature rollouts.
  • Maintain verified business profiles and ensure LSAs meet compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot ad disapprovals, suspensions, or lead quality issues.
