Esquare is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead the development and implementation of strategic plans to drive sales growth in our IT solutions division.

The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Marketing with a focus on IT or Electronics, or alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field may also be considered.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop business strategies and plans for marketing and sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities and bring them to Esquare.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to increase Esquare's involvement with existing clients.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals and generate revenue through direct sales efforts.
  • Maintain sales targets as assigned by the company.
  • Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence others.
  • Presentation, self-motivation, discipline, and a willingness to work in dynamic environments are essential.
  • A background in Network Solutions is an added advantage.
